Eat vegetables, fish to exclude heart disease



Eating a diet that is full of oily fish can reduce people's chances of ill health when retiring

If you are suffering from high blood pressure, eating fish, seafood and herbal diet can mainly help to reduce the symptoms of heart disease that are associated with heart disease, a study suggests.

For the study, published in the Journal of Physiology Journal – Heart Physics and Circulation, researchers analyzed TMAO's effect on a fox, which has a genetic tendency to develop high blood pressure.

One group of rats of mice gave a low dose TMAO in their drinking water, and another group had plain water.

They received the TMAO therapy for either 12 weeks or 56 weeks and was diagnosed for heart and kidney damage as well as high blood pressure.

The results showed that TMAO treatment did not affect the development of high blood pressure in any of the rats is desirable.

However, the condition of the animals that compounded was better than expected, even after more than one year of low-fat TMAO treatment.

In addition, an increase of four to five years in a plasma TMAO does not cause negative effects on the circulatory system.

This differs from the previous research that showed TMAO blood plasma levels – and the risk of heart disease – an increase after the consumption of red meat and eggs, researchers said.

"It's probably a rich dietary dietary diet of fish, associated with a significantly higher plasma TMAO than red meat and diet that is full of egg, which is considered to increase cardiovascular risk , "the researchers noted.

"However, a further study is needed to assess the impact of TMAO and TMA on the circulatory system."
