The government does not "change the course", the day after moving almost 290,000 yellow raids across France. After inviting Sunday night, 20 hours from France 2, Edouard Philippe responded to this day, explaining that he had "heard the anger" but also "suffered" this French. Resisting to "sights of anarchy", which led him to the heavy man's doll (1 death and more than 400 injured people), indicating "indecent behavior" politicians who joined the processes.

Regarding the merits of the protest, however, the prime minister repeated: "Yes, the carbon trajectory we have installed, we will hold it." In other words, there is no question of revisiting the increase in fuel taxes, especially the diesel fuel tax, which will gradually align it with gasoline prices. Edouard Philippe defended this measure, making sure he did not "just speak French" but because he promised a campaign to Emmanuel Macron in 2017. He also said that he was opposing the lead of "zigzagging government" as circumstances changed. The "course is good" and "we will catch it", he decided.
The First Minister promises "results" by the end of the five-year period
In response, Edouard Philippe insisted on the fact that the commitments made by the En Marche candidate – "to reform the work", "to reduce the mandatory levies" and "to repair the country" – will be held at the end of the five years. The First Minister promises "results" visible to all French in 2022. "They want more help in their everyday lives, that's what we will do," he promised.
Like Edouard Philippe, several ministers have confirmed this situation throughout the day. The government is listening to the "financial barrier" but its "duty" is to transform the economy to make it less dependent on oil, in particular, Minister of Action and Public Accounts Gerald Darmanin pleaded. Therefore, the proposed trajectory of ecological taxes, also warned his colleague in the Ecological Transition François de Rugy, calls for "doing a lot of pedagogy" and to multiply "direct contacts" of government members with French.
Not sure that the "yellow privileges" were implemented on Saturday and for a small part of them there is still a Sunday not met by this response from the executive. The question of the continuation of the movement continues broadly.
