The Digital Transformation in Peruvian Companies by Ramón Costa

Ramón Costa, Wales Program Director Digital conversion from EADA Business School in Barcelona (Spain) and Director of the First Report on "Management Skills for Digital Transformation in Solic 2018" prepared by EADA and CENTRUM PUCP, analyzed through the study of the Peruvian companies and how they use & Digital technologies to improve digital conversion.

Professor Ramón Costa argues that 1/3 of companies have been leading changes to digital conversion by the General Faculty. However, only 20% do it in the marketing and sales area and about 15% in the technology area. There is no doubt that operational skills are easier to use everyday, while tactical and strategic skills are more challenging for the directors of Peruvian companies.

For the Director of EADA Business School in Barcelona, that is the big challenge for Peruvian companies 35% of the digital conversion currently taken by the Directorate General is achieving growth.

According to the study conducted by EADA and CENTRUM PUCP based on surveys of operators from different sectors of the country, it concluded that the digital skills that must be made with individual use the manager has been developing well. However, the skills performed by the manager with a working group are in the audit mode, as they are not integrated into the activities of the organization.

"Managers need to understand that, at the level of digital skills management, they need to incorporate digital reputation indicators, customer sequences, identify technological trends and how they can contribute to businesses," said Ramón Costa.

Companies must adapt to this situation to transform a sufficiently sustainable and sustainable digital conversion.
