A Picasso painting can be found stolen in Romania

In one of the most deprived world, "Ttete d'Arlequin" and six other millions of dollars of euros were sold by Picasso, Henri Matisse, Claude Monet and other famous artists being stolen from the Kunsthal Museum in Rotterdam, the Netherlands in 2012.

Four Romans were convicted of robbery in 2013, but none of the illustrations was found again.
