Recently, Zoom's popular video conferencing revealed a serious vulnerability that allows a hacker to access the built-in webcam on a Mac computer.
After the first swinging risks, Zoom decided to send an update to the program on Tuesday, but the company, however, received a lot of criticism. The reason is that you chose to install a hidden web server on a user's computer, and this was not removed when you uninstall the program. In other words, there is a large group of former users who are at risk of suffering from this vulnerability.
Now Techcrunch reports that Apple has shipped an automatic update to Mac OS that removes a hidden web server. So, I hope that the threat should disappear once and for all.
