Huang Guaido, President of the National Assembly, and responsible for the presidency of the republic, told about his arrest on Sunday, on the way to the town hall in Vargas, in a speech on Cesar Miguel Rondon, a Venezuelan journalist and TV and radio organizer.
"There are no command chains in the security structures, there is an internal division in the government," Guaido explained on the night of Monday.
He said that when he came to officials from which only the driver was not with a hood, one asked: "Are you serious? Are you in favor of the Constitution? Are you in favor of the Constitution?
He argued that the government did not have a clear chain of command, which, according to him, is evidenced by the version of Jorge Rodríguez about the meeting.
"The version of Jorge Rodríguez was back and forth. One way or another was the order against the order. It is clear that there is no command chain.
The parliamentarian asked to respect the lives of the detainees. "I demand respect for the lives of officials who detained me if they are detained," he said.
